    Here in the midwest we are currently snowed in with below 0 temperatures.  So I'm veering off of the standard G.I. Joe format and thinking back to warmer days...  In particular, our last vacation.  It goes to say, anywhere we travel, I try to take a figure or vehicle to photograph in that location.  Making use of the sand at the beach in 2025, I took my Action Fleet Sandcrawler and several little Micro Machine Jawas!

     My boys Bry (aka Agent Zero) and Finn (aka Finnster) helped me carve out a nice ravine in the sand for the Jawa's gigantic RV.  Obviously, there is no ocean on Tatooine, so I had to be careful not to get the water in the pics.  We had a fun time setting these little scenes up and I thought I would share some of the pictures on this snowy day!  

    The Micro Machine figures are a perfect size to go with this particular Action Fleet vehicle.  I even grabbed the little MM escape pod along with C-3PO and R2-D2.  I have long thought that it would be fun to do a diorama of a scene like this, but I just don't have the space for it at this time.  Still, you can't deny the beauty of the live backgrounds! 

    I have always liked the Action Fleet line!  In my opinion it is still one of the best and most accurate lines of the SW vehicles!  While I have parted with various Star Wars items over the years, but I have no plans to get rid of this collection!  I'm sure I'll do more photo sessions with more of these in the future!
