BACKGROUND...

    The Stunticon, Breakdown, operates as a scout for the Decepticons.  Unfortunately, he isn't always very good at his job as he is constantly distracted by his self-conscious thoughts.  He is convinced that everyone and everything is staring at him - from a casual person walking down the road, to the light-poles lining the streets.  He constantly bothered by the fact he is being watched... and to some degree, maybe he is with his sleek car mode.  He secretly wishes he were human so he could blend in better.

    Breakdown transforms into a white Lamborghini sportscar.  Like all Stunticons, his car mode is outfitted with a protective force-field barrier.  This allows him to smash into trees, buildings, and even other vehicles and take minimal damage.  In car mode he also uses a Plasma-Energy Blaster.  His engine can create vibrations that can cause various mechanical problems with other vehicles.  These vibrations can occasionally give him a leaky fuel pump.

    As a robot, he is armed with a Concussion Rifle that fires a beam that has a similar effect as his motor and causes mechanical failures.  When the battle gets tough, Breakdown can merge with the other Stunticons and form Menasor!

MY THOUGHTS...

    All the Stunticons were cool!  Breakdown obviously has an awesome car mode being a Lambo!  However, I prefer the crazed, reckless personalities of the Stunticons.  Unfortunately, Breakdown's not one of the one's with a wild streak.  He's still great character, just not my favorite of the 5!

    I think I got my original Breakdown through a trade.  Back in the day I had a lot of fun having my Stunticons run the Autobot cars off the road and causing all kinds of chaos.

    I feel that his Tech-Spec, saying he wishes he were "human to fit in better", sounds more "Autobot-ish".  Usually those Decepticons aren't very fond of humans.  So that was strange.

    Breakdown here is represented by the Combiner Wars Breakdown.  I didn't use the Legacy version for 2 reasons...  1. I don't have it.  2.  He's not a Lamborghini.  The Combiner Wars version is pretty cool though, and he fits in with my other Stunticons nicely... though they won't be forming Menasor anytime soon!
