One Word Reviews - Cobra Aircraft

"A Cobra Convergence 6 Special Edition!!!"

    One word Reviews is back just in time for COBRA CONVERGENCE 6!!!  Normally, we are looking at the G.I. Joe figures, Series by Series.  For this special, Cobra-themed month, however, we are going to do things a little different.  This time, the SCC Panel of Judges are going to cover the aircraft of the Cobra Organization!  While a few minor ones were left off, this list includes ALL the jets and noteworthy flying vehicles.

    As per usual, our Panel of Judges includes two longtime friends of mine, using the code names - Deathwish and Knightmare.  I have known these guys a long time and we grew up collecting this stuff together!

    Three of my boys are also throwing their thoughts in.  Going by the code names Agent Zero (17),  Blitzwing (15) and Gravy (15).  They have grown up with more modern Joe figures, but they have grown up around my collection.  Actually, Gravy had to sit this one out and another one of my boys has stepped in.  He is using the code name Beachcomber.  He is 12, which is the age I was into Joes!

    We have to add in the usual quick reminder of the rules...  1.)  Only one word to describe the vehicle.  2.)  Don't duplicate the word.  You can only use them once per round.  3.)  If they feel the need, they can provide a short paragraph to elaborate on their thoughts overall.  All the members of the SCC Judges Panel have not compared notes and have reviewed these vehicles separately!

    Additional thoughts by Deathwish:  "I'm a huge fan of any aircraft within reason. Anyone who knows me, knows this. There are, however, lines that even I will not cross or accept. I think my one word for these such aircraft are justified, I stand by what I said!"

    Additional thoughts by Knightmare: "I've always been a fan of Cobra hardware. The Rattler, Night Raven and Mamba just seemed more impressive than the Joe equipment. I think the FANG was the workhorse for Cobra and was in a lot of the shows and comics. There's diversity in the Cobra lineup. Most were armed to the nines and out-numbered the Joe options 2 to 1." --Knightmare (Arbco Public Relations)

    Interesting reviews... not TOO mixed!  Cobra had some great air vehicles, so it's hard to complain!  Most of the pics came from my Impel card collection!
